Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and charged for each renewal unless you pay in advance.

• Auto-renew: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

• How to cancel: Email lukerogerscoaching@gmail.com no later than 11:59 PM (CT) on the day before your next billing date if you wish to stop the renewal.

• Cancellations received after that cut-off will take effect on the following billing cycle

Pre-orders
When you buy a pre-order item you’re reserving stock not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then charge the remaining balance when the product ships.

• You may cancel a partially-paid pre-order any time before it is fulfilled.

• Once fulfilled, normal return rules apply.

Try Before You Buy
For “try before you buy” items we authorize (but don’t immediately capture) your payment method. You have a set trial window to decide if you’ll keep the item. If it’s not returned by the end of that window, we capture the full amount on your card.
