Cancellation policy

This policy applies to all purchases from Desk Worker Strength LLC, operating as Desk Worker Strength.

One-Time Program Purchases

The Desk-to-Athlete Challenge is a one-time program purchase available in two options:

  • 6-Week Program: one-time payment of $497
  • 12-Week Program: one-time payment of $900

Payment must be received in full prior to program access being granted. These are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Once access has been granted, cancellations are subject to the Pain-Proof Promise refund conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Continuation Coaching Subscriptions

Clients who complete an initial program may be offered a Continuation Coaching subscription to continue long-term progress. These are recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically via Shopify Subscriptions, available in 6-month and 12-month commitment terms.

Continuation Coaching subscriptions are a committed term, not a cancel-anytime subscription. The discounted monthly rate is provided specifically in exchange for the committed term length.
  • Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically on the same calendar day each month for the duration of your committed term
  • Pricing depends on the term length selected at enrollment, with longer terms receiving a lower monthly rate
  • If you cancel before your committed term is complete, you will be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance owed at the time of cancellation, calculated based on your subscription's monthly rate
  • Medical & Hardship Exception: if cancellation is due to a documented medical condition, injury, or other circumstance genuinely beyond your control, the 50% early termination fee will be waived upon presentation of appropriate documentation (such as a physician's note). Future billing will stop with no further amounts owed. No refund will be issued for months already paid.
  • Missed coaching calls without 24-hour advance notice may be forfeited and will not be rescheduled except at Coach's discretion
  • If a client fails to participate for more than 14 consecutive days without communication, coaching access may be suspended without refund at Desk Worker Strength LLC's sole discretion
  • At the end of your committed term, the subscription will not automatically renew at the same discounted rate. Coach and client will discuss continuation options, including pricing, prior to the term's end

Payment Plans (Installment Plans for One-Time Programs)

The Desk-to-Athlete Challenge offers structured payment plan options in addition to paying in full. These are different from Continuation Coaching subscriptions above — a payment plan splits a one-time program cost into a fixed number of installments, rather than billing for an ongoing recurring service.

  • 6-Week Program ($497): available as 4 installments of $125 each, billed every 2 weeks
  • 12-Week Program ($900): available as 8 installments of $112.50 each, billed every 2 weeks

Where a payment plan has been selected at enrollment:

  • Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically on the scheduled installment dates
  • Access to coaching services is contingent on payments being received on time
  • Non-payment of any installment will result in immediate suspension of coaching access until the outstanding balance is resolved
  • To cancel a payment plan, email lukerogerscoaching@gmail.com no later than 7 days before your next scheduled payment
  • Cancellations received after that window will take effect on the following billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid under a payment plan, except where the conditions of the Pain-Proof Promise have been fully met

Physical Products (Resistance Bands)

Resistance band purchases are one-time transactions and are not subject to auto-renewal. Returns and refunds for physical products follow our standard 30-day return policy outlined in our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item you are reserving stock not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then charge the remaining balance when the product ships.

  • You may cancel a partially-paid pre-order any time before it is fulfilled
  • Once fulfilled, normal return rules apply
