Shipping policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Once processed, your order is fulfilled and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

    • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

    • Send us an email at [lukerogerscoaching@gmail.com] with your order number and photos (if damaged).

    • We’ll be happy to replace or refund the item after investigation.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

    • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update the address.
